Evaluator Assessment
Ajak Aguero is a 6'11" South Sudanese power forward at Grade 11 with two full OSBA seasons remaining. The physical profile is the foundation — at 6'11" with legitimate athleticism, the ceiling is not determined by the current composite. It is determined by the work between now and Grade 13. The June 6-7 game statistics — 79% field-goal shooting and 10 rebounds in Game 1 — show what the physical tools can produce. The post scoring, finishing, and basketball feel are all in the range that responds directly to deliberate practice and coaching.

Jun 2026THE FRAMING — GRADE 11, 6'11", PHYSICAL CEILING
THE PHYSICAL CEILING
6'11" with legitimate athleticism. The physical ceiling is the headline of this evaluation. The current composite does not determine what Ajak becomes — the development discipline does. At this height, the rim protection and post potential are real D1-level tools.
THE GAME EVIDENCE
79% FG and 10 rebounds in Game 1. When Ajak plays within the system the physical tools produce elite results. The gap between the live game output and the skill scores is the development target: making the elite performance consistent.
THE VARIABLE
System coachability. The free-spirit tendency controls every other score. When Ajak operates within the coaching structure, the tools produce elite results. Building the habit of system execution is the single most important development.
THE TIMELINE
Grade 11. Two full OSBA seasons before the recruiting window opens. The 6'11" ceiling makes D1 a real conversation conditional on the post-skill and discipline development. Commitment before September 2028.

Development to Recruiting — Grade 11 to Commitment
GRADE 11 (NOW)
Daily post-skill work. Dunks over layups as a named habit. Strength programme active. System coachability built into every session. The 79% FG game is the evidence of what discipline produces.
GRADE 12
First film to Carleton, Ottawa, Brock, McMaster. Post game and discipline showing measurable progress. Summer circuit for D1 exposure. Conditioning to OUA standard.
GRADE 13
Active OUA window plus D1 conversations via summer circuit. The post development and discipline determine the level. Full two-way film required.
COMMITMENT
Commitment year. A Grade 13 Ajak with a developed post game, full system discipline, and the 6'11" ceiling is an OUA scholarship big and a possible D1 conversation.
The Discipline Equation
Every programme on this list will see the same thing first: 6'11" with legitimate athleticism. The physical ceiling is not the question. The question every coach will ask is whether Ajak plays within the system every possession. The 79% FG game shows what the tools produce when the discipline is there. The free-spirit tendency is the single variable that controls the recruiting outcome. Two seasons to build the post game, the strength, and most importantly the habit of system execution. The ceiling is D1-real. The discipline determines whether he reaches it.
