By accessing or using Ball in the 6 ("the Platform"), operated by ENUW Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
What this means:
By using Ball in the 6, you are agreeing to these rules. If you do not agree, that is okay, but you should not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. Users under 13 may only access the Platform through a parent-managed account.
What this means:
You need to be 13 or older to sign up on your own. If you are under 18, a parent needs to say it is okay. Kids under 13 can still use the app, but a parent has to manage the account for them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
What this means:
Keep your password safe and do not share it. Everything that happens on your account is your responsibility. Use your real info when you sign up.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: harassing other users, posting inappropriate content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Platform for illegal purposes.
What this means:
Be respectful. Do not bully anyone, post anything harmful, try to hack the app, or use it for anything illegal. We want this to be a good space for everyone.
All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are the property of ENUW Inc. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant ENUW Inc a license to display it on the Platform.
What this means:
The Ball in the 6 brand and code belong to ENUW Inc. Your posts, photos, and content are still yours, but we can show them on the platform (that is the whole point).
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. ENUW Inc is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform.
What this means:
We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time. If something goes wrong, we are not on the hook for damages.
